Hello I'm from South Tyrol and that's why I speak my native language also German. Since South Tyrol is however part of Italy and therefore I have to create an Italian Netflix account, I wanted to ask if this can handle a VPN. I will then move to Austria to study next week anyway and wanted to make the account as soon as possible.
