I want to get a 4k TV soon but only have a 16 Mbits line at home. I mean a full HD stream on a 4k TV looks stupid.
It would be just like setting the resolution to 1080p on a 1440p monitor.
I have no choice except the 16000 line because the cables in my region can no longer.

Ideally, you should have 25 Mbit / s or more for 4k SDR. Depending on how big your TV is, FullHD or WQHD should still work without it looking blurry.
