We have been told repeatedly by our television that a problem has occurred. Then comes the message that the connection with Netflix is not possible and we should try again. Since it has been like that for months, you can imagine that we tried it more than once and tried everything we could. Do you have an idea or have you ever had the problem?
Other apps that need internet work? Sometimes it's up to the Wi-Fi. Maybe it helps to reinstall the Netflix app on the TV.
This also happens every now and then. We then unplug the TV from the mains, wait a few minutes and plug it in again. Then we have to reconnect the WLAN but in 9 out of 10 cases the problem is solved.
