I have as I said a few questions about the Downlodfunktion of Netflix, while googling I have not found a satisfied answer.
I own an active Netflixacc for 4 people (usually only 2 are used).
I need to play movies for offline next week, I would normally download them via PC to a hard drive. If I jtz connect this hard drive to a TV (not internet-enabled) I can't log in, can I watch the movies?
If not, is it possible my phone (Huawei P20 light) or my ipad just s.den television then connect with Acc so that the TV then plays the picture? Is there somehow a special cable for or is it enough that I connect my phone via charging cable (yes has a function for the transfer) with the TV?
The TV is a bit older, but you can connect hard drives.

If you're connected to the same account on your phone as your TV, you can also download a movie / series on your phone and then watch it without internet.
But you can also simply connect your phone to the PC via a charging cable.
Unfortunately, I can't help you with the hard drive.

For me that does not work with Screen Mirroring. I still see Netflix's menu on TV, but as soon as I play something the TV goes black.
Do not rely on it without trying it.
