Can't be streamed to Smart TV?

I have a problem. If I want to stream something to my TV from certain angles, the search only shows my Chromecast on the same Wi-Fi network, but on a different TV. But if I try this on Youtube or Netflix, the TV will be displayed directly to me.

Why is that and how do I fix it?
