As far as I know, at 9 o'clock in the morning. As also included in the answer from TechnicGuru. Things are uploaded at 0:00 local time in San Francisco (they have their seats nearby, at least on the east coast). Since there are 9 hours of time difference between us and there, the films arrive at 9 o'clock in the morning. So it has always been with the whole series. So it does not pay to stay awake at night
