I have a Netflix level 2 subscription and would like to download films on my pc. Since I can only download films on two devices, an error message was displayed (VC2-CV2-M1-B23000). When I deleted all films and series from both devices, I was still shown the message, even though I deleted the titles from both devices. Why is that?
(VC2-CV2-M1-B23000) "You have too many downloaded videos. Please delete a video and try again (VC2-CV2-M1-B23000). This message means that you have the maximum number of devices on which downloaded titles can be saved at the same time, unfortunately I don't know why you still have the error.
