Why is the series the 100 the 5 season not available on Google Play and youtube Movie? With Netflix there's only one season in the flat rate and this in English?

This is just as intelligent as asking why Pro 7 doesn't actually broadcast DSDS.

To sell or broadcast something you need licenses and not everyone has the necessary licenses or the same licenses. If Netflix only broadcasts the series in English, then you only have the license for the English version. If YouTube doesn't sell season 5, they simply haven't bought the season 5 license or it won't be sold to them.
