How can I watch Netflix if I'm already signed in?

I'm logged in to Netflix, but can't select an account and can't select any films or series. The problem is only on my PC and only when I had to log in again after 2 weeks.

I'm supposed to complete a registration, although it has already been completed. On other devices you can also watch series via the account, just not on the PC. Netflix can be watched on other browsers, but not in Opera GX.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a solution, apart from switching browsers?

What happens when you click on COMPLETE REGISTRATION?
