I recently saw a Netflix movie called "In the Tall Grass" with my sister.

And we both do not understand the meaning, so who knows the movie and understand the meaning, we would look forward to an explanation.

Siblings Becky and Cal DeMuth are on their way to San Diego to give the pregnant Becky a fresh start. On their way to California they drive along a country road in Kansas. As they stop at a sinister, abandoned church as Becky overcomes her morning sickness, they hear a little boy calling for help from the tall grass surrounding the area.

As they both go into the grass, they lose each other quickly. Apparently, there's no way out of this wide grass again. Time and space seem to behave in a way that contradicts logic. Voices come from all directions, and the place where they are right now is different in the next second. Tobin Humboldt, the little boy who called for help, is not the only person who has lost his way in this grass. There's also Tobin's father Ross, whom Becky and Cal initially believe he can help, but gradually he turns into a sinister figure. They all seem to be attracted and influenced by a black monolith located in the middle of the grass field.

The film is unspeakably bad and illogical. Unfortunately there's no deeper meaning in this film.
