I watched Talk Gras, this horror movie on Netflix and wanted to ask where this was filmed?

According to various websites, most of them shot in Ontario, Canada. It is also mentioned that the abandoned bowling alley is called "Elmira Bowl". In addition, it can be seen that the isolated church was built on a back road in Perth South, Ontario.
