So as in the title I'm looking for recommendations for Netflix movies (have already seen so many so not so well if it works) but please no horror movies.
The soldier James Ryan is my favorite movie on Netflix
What is it about?
Is an anti-war film, shows the landing of the Allies at Omaha Beach in Normandy. Sounds more like documentary, but pure action.

Tracy, a model student, and her best friend, Evie, at 13, like everyone else at this age, go through a lot. The two are particularly bad, they threaten to slip into the colorful world of drugs and sex in Los Angeles. The clique around Evie overrules rules and Tracy gets into the pull of the group. She soon gets pierced, smokes, drinks alcohol and even consumes LSD. Tracy's single mother Melanie is at her wit's end.

The description sounds a little bit more blatant than what the movie is after… But it's still a really good movie. I've certainly already looked 100 x and more;)
