Looking for game and series recommendations based on my preferences?

I'm running out of PC games that I could play. Maybe someone has some recommendations for me here? I like fantasy games that have played in the past and that focus on fighting the largest and most unusual mythical creatures and monsters. They are also said to offer a challenge. Games that I celebrated a lot were e.g. Dark Souls 1, 2 & 3, Sekiro: Shadows die Twice, The Witcher 3, Terraria, ARK: Survival Evolved.

I would also be happy about a few recommendations for series, whether Netflix / Amazon etc. Doesn't matter. These should be exciting, action-packed and follow a clear action. The series that I liked best so far were Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones. I don't like anime.
