Netflix preview in English despite German synchronization?

My question is why if you go to a film in Netflix the trailer is then played in English and not in German?

ATTENTION: I do not mean the trailer category but the preview that is played when you go over the film / series with the mouse

Try deleting and reloading Netflix, helps with many apps etc.

Because some previews are not in German. Because it is never synchronized in German or something
