I don't think it's so likely at the moment. But who knows what the time will bring.

You're right too, it could of course be uploaded in the Disney + Star package
It was only based on the fact that, to my knowledge, no Joker film (e.g. The Dark Knight) is available on Disney +, but on Netflix
For Joker there's no expiry date given on Sky, so it should take at least another quarter of a year before it appears on Netflix or similar.
