You won't find the really bad ones on Netflix. Jumpscares have nothing to do with good horror in my opinion. This goosebumps makes it all.
I found Midsommar crazy and at a serbian film I sometimes screwed up my eyes.
This film the serbian who is sick, who comes up with something to produce in jail, is not scary but sick in a different direction
But well, the Serbs (not all) can think of anything that is sick

At Paranormal it is usually made fun of when someone flies into the wall.
I think Sleepy Hollow is the scariest on netflix.
