Do you currently have problems with Video on Demand?

I have 3 subscriptions: Maxdome, Amazon Prime and Netflix and all 3 run grottos badly. 1 minute → load movie for 1 minute, but my speed test is perfect.

Can this be normal and is it yours?

Yes, the same router. I have no idea. Is a Fire TV stick. Wi-Fi connection is good, but it also loses the connection to the Amazon server.

Have Netflix and Amazon purchase videos. Yesterday the whole evening Netflix watched on the PC, no Probs and at night n purchase video on Amazon streamed on TV, no Probs.
