Screen record no longer works on Netflix and Co?

Whenever I try to film a funny spot for my friends from netflix or crunchyroll (with screen record) only blackscreen (picture) comes up. Do you know what I can do about it?

But this is only possible on the PC and is only for pictures. Unfortunately, I don't know of any app for recording videos.
