Is there victorious on netflix in turkey in german?

I'm flying to Turkey in a few days and I wanted to ask if you know how to find out which series and movies I can still watch in german. Or knows jmd if there's victorious in german there?

Yes, last year was also like that, then that changes and we to the Turkish netflix
