Netflix turkey?

I plan to fly to Turkey in summer (kemer).

I'll probably download Netflix movies on my phone and iPad as I fly with my mom.

My mother once flew to Norway, she downloaded movies from Netflix but when she was in Norway she could not watch her in Russian because the netflix is different.

My question is therefore this: will the filmed I download myself in Turkey still be available in Russian or German?

Does that also apply to subtitles or just audio?
