Register Netflix in Turkey. How to pay the best?

I have to buy holiday before Netflix in Turkey. Then I can probably look at home.

How do I pay the service the best. Can I pay with a 'normal' credit card or should I get a PrePaid credit card?

Can anyone give me a hint?

You can already do that here via a VPN. Does not matter, it depends only on which credit card has a good exchange rate. Or if you find one in Turkey with Lira on it, perfect

Are there differences in the exchange rate? I thought there was only one official exchange rate.

Have just phoned the loan company. There's probably an official conversion rate from VISA. He is the same for everyone.
