As for Netflix, I'm not aware of any official statement.
As far as I know, the late episode 16 may only be released on Netflix after it has been broadcast on FreeTV on RTL2. This should take at least another six months. Netflix may even wait until the 6 additional episodes are available and season 10 is really complete.
MagentaTV offers season 10 including episode 16.
In the linear program of FOX currently 2 episodes of season 10 are broadcasted weekly, e.g. By sky.
Season 11 has been ordered by the broadcaster, yes, but that will take a while. For spring 2021 episodes 17 to 22 of season 10 have been announced. Presumably to be seen on Sky and with a delay of about a year also on Netflix.
From 1.12. The first half of the 10 season and I suspect that the others will follow suit.
There will be a final season but it still has to be shot. Before that, there are 6 bonus episodes for the 10th season and, when you have shot them and you can continue shooting, the 11th season will be shot.
