Samsung TV has stopped working - what should I do?

I was watching TV today and accidentally pressed something on Netflix on 4k. My TV doesn't have this resolution. For me it now constantly shows "Resolution not supported, please change the resolution of the external device"… But I can't press anything on my switch.

i have swisscom.

Can anyone help me?

De-energize the device for 10 minutes (pull the plug) then it could work again.
