In theory, you can't because it would be a copyright violation, but you won't have any problems with it.
Netflix or series and film producers in general see small clips and memes about their series / films as free advertising. So if you only upload short videos and pictures, you won't get any problems.
So I can create and publish so-called fan edits (I also mark all authors)
As I said: actually you are not allowed to, but usually it is the creators. No matter as long as you do not publish large parts of the series / the film, but only remain with cuts, clips or pictures.
