I have been able to extend the subscription with the Pre Paid card for over a year. This morning when I wanted to watch Netflix, that came. I checked to see if I still had enough money on the card, yes I did. I have never had that. I know nothing about account and modern technology etc. I need help.
This is probably due to your account. Could be that the debit order must be renewed. The best you call your bank and ask if it has a specific reason or if the error is still Netflix.
Contact the bank of the card and ask.
Every half years my primary card is blocked when I shop over foreign countries. However, I then get an email about it with a hotline to unlock. Do not know how comfortable / customer friendly your bank is there.
Could sometimes buy something with the card to see if it is generally or not. If she goes, you can also ask Netflix support.
