I've downloaded a few episodes on Netflix too many times and stupidly I've deleted them again and again and now I can't download them anymore. Only next year again. Is there a way to download it later this year?

Delete your profile and use another.
The only option you have now is to download it from a new account.
You can also try finding the episodes on other websites. Maybe there would be the possibility to download it without having an account.
