You go to a PC you create an access.
Then you load the Netflix app on the Playstore on your phone and log in, done.
You have to pay according to which access you choose. As 1; 2 or 4 devices at the same time.
You definitely need a Netflix account for it.
There's a smartphone app for Netflix (an official app). There you log in with your normal Netflix user data.
Depending on which Netflix package you have booked, you can watch different devices simultaneously. It is about the SAME-TIME look. So you can use Netflix on the phone, even if you have the cheapest Netflix package and it always uses it on the PC. Just not on both devices at the same time.
