Fraud in the Darknet punishable and traceable?

I'm watching the series 'How To Sell Drugs Online Almost' on Netflix right now and watched a video on Darknet today. It's talked about being completely anonymous. Can you cheat on the Darknet and have any consequences for you? Just had a discussion with my friends and they said you could do whatever you wanted.

In itself, but as a layman you can still make extremely many mistakes. I would not take the risk.

You can do what you want xD

And you can always catch you.
And yes you can cheat. But never forget, there's always someone who can find you ;-)

Theoretically, you can do whatever you want.

However, this is very dangerous, I would cheat on anybody about the Darknet and would not move without EDI knowledge there! I once heard of a case that someone was traced back over the Darknet and then his entire computer had a black screen and suddenly a man appeared on the desktop and just said, I have everything of you now!

But as I said, I have only heard times.
