Maybe someone is using a Netflix vpn server, or he was gone, just ask them ^^
Sometimes that doesn't work properly in Germany. It can well happen that you get the location of any data center (regardless of whether provider or other) displayed.
When I log in with my Apple ID, I always get a message from Frankfurt, even though it's on the completely different side of Germany.
