Marvel / Netflix series, watch chronologically?

I'm 12 and I'm watching the Marvel / Netflix series. Just finished watching Jessica Jones Stf1, now it would be DD Stf2. The season is from 18. Can I skip DD Stf2 without having problems with bpsw Defenders?

Jessica Jones is only 16 and over! So in the end there are a few things that you don't understand very well if you haven't seen everything, at the latest with Defenders.
But they are rightly all with age restrictions.

I know. But the question was not whether it is okay to watch things from 16 with 12 or not.
