He tricks just like everyone else. He just doesn't get caught that easily. ^^
Yes, but the question is whether he cuts the videos and that the candidates only act I know of course that they are tricks.
The reactions can be real, as many don't know all the tricks. That is what makes a good illusion artist. But that doesn't mean, of course, that something wasn't discussed in advance.
But don't think he's editing the videos himself. He has an extra cutter for that.
