Do Netflix originals stay on Netflix forever or will they be deleted sooner or later?

They should stay on Netflix forever. There are always exceptions, but I can't think of an example for that.
Netflix originals should always remain on Netflix, but this can lead to further seasons being canceled. That means, for example, that a series like V-Wars should actually have several seasons, but since the series was not popular, the other seasons were canceled and only one remains. One can imagine that Netflix has a storage space if they want to shoot something good, unpopular seasons of an original are canceled or the 'non-original' films and series disappear.
As far as I know, in-house productions remain and will not be removed. That would be stupid to take out things that you have paid for yourself. This is also how it works with Amazon Prime, by the way. You can tell immediately when a film or series starts by the logo… Amazon Studios… They are currently shooting the Lord of the Rings saga as a series. In an interview with Amazon you said that this series is the most expensive thing you have ever done. The number of subscribers is bound to skyrocket when it is broadcast. Nowhere else will you be able to stream it. And after a certain time they will appear on UHD and Co. Where there will be plenty of coal again.
