PlayStation gets no more internet?

For a long time I have really bad internet on my Playstation 4. Without what has changed (placement of the PS4, Internet service providers). And no, I do not download anything in the background. This is meanwhile so bad that it does not even manage to load the Netflix start page in 3 hours. Does anyone know what could be the reason?

I would recommend you to restart the router or unplug the Ps4 again and turn the Internet on and off (from the ps4)

I already tried, unfortunately did not help.
