Netflix does not load completely?

I have a Blaupunkt TV and my Netflix only loads up to 24% what can I do? I have the router from O2

Once it was just a short while ago, just like that, but not again

Update downloaded? Enough credit and or bill paid?

Yes, I believe you, I told Netflix the app is up to date yes? So you have no more updates available? And Netflix is also paid for it?

Is it only the one movie or series title that can't be played or generally all titles are not?

Generally not all and yes was paid and there are no updates
