My underage child watches Netflix through someone else's account.
Is there any way I can find out whose account this is without the help of the child? The child is looking over an iPhone - the number is of course known to me.
You have to take the cell phone away from him, then go to the netflix app, in the account settings you will then find any data.
You will need éventuel password of the netflix account.
If you know the email and password, you can check it over the Internet.
Privacy, a concept?
Why be so sure that it is not your child's account? I've also had a Netflix account since I was 14 or 15 without telling my parents explicitly. Had Netflix been so well known in the past, I would have had it before.
Of course, when my underage child watches films over 18 nights, privacy is the most important thing.
