Remove Netflix child account?

I have already looked at all the videos on how to delete a child profile or change it to a normal one. But somehow that doesn't work for me because it says that it is a standard setting of Netflix or something. Can someone help me?

If I see that correctly, you want to change the Kids profile. As far as I know, this is not possible. You have to make your own profile, you can do this by pressing plus (add new profile). The kid's profile is included in every account.
