Taskbar does not disappear win10?

If I do something in full screen (Netflix, CSGO ect.) At the time always the taskbar is there, it is not fixed

Right-click with the mouse in the task bar and the checkmark next to "fix taskbar"

There's no tick or it is not fixed

Then check the underlying settings of the taskbar
