Will see movie on Netflix, but my taskbar at the bottom does not disappear?

How do I get the part away (got Windows 10) Thanks

Double click on the video

Click on the full screen button in the bottom right corner

I was so far, but did not let the bar disappear. Then went on with Chrome, there was the bar strangely then gone.
