Netflix - Do you have a Bulgarian offer in Germany?

Three of my friends and I share Netflix, one of us bought it. But this person lives in Bulgaria and now we all have the Bulgarian Netflix service, although we do not use a Vpn.
We don't think it's bad, only there's e.g. Series that don't exist here and we don't now know how it is legally?

It is generally not allowed to share your Netflix with people and you have to bear in mind that many series are not in German if you have the Bulgarian offer.
