Free alternatives for Netflix?

I'm looking for an alternative for Netflix. It should be free and it should also have many anime series (even with good quality) does anyone know if there's such a site is also legal?

Chrunchyroll and Wakanim, however, cost only 5 euro a month or even just 40 euro a year (equivalent to just 8 monthly premiums) and are the best paid alternatives (in terms of price).
