Where can I legally watch Flash except on Free TV?

Can only watch over Netflix, there's Flash unfortunately not. Are there any alternatives to Netflix where I can watch Flash? Today started the fifth season on Pro7 Maxx but I have no connection at home for Free TV but only Netflix
