Windows extreme bugs / errors?

Before someone says it is not a virus according to Norton.

Be Kurtzen and even before the Windows update I have extreme bugs in Windows and games. Since the update, it's even worse. Booked noises while watching Netflix and the system freezes. Sometimes also permanently. In games we use Forza gta etc. There are also regular fps drops. Drivers are all up to date

can anyone help?

Ever tried to reinstall Windows? After that it should actually work.

Do you happen to be part of the Windows Insider Program?

Is that also xbox insider?
