Is kinox safe?

I really want to watch movies or series and don't get Netflix. Now when I google I have seen kinox. I don't know anyone who uses kinox and so I wanted to ask here:

Is kinox really free or is it dangerous to register there?
Are there any good / current films there?
Can you get viruses as a result or do anything else ruin yourself?
Do you watch movies there?
Can you be punished because it is illegal?

The site itself is safe and that's true. The viruses do not come from Kinox but from advertisements

One must not be punished. Read and understand correctly the judgment of the ECJ! He never banned streaming as we know it.

I knew 100% that you were linking to Solmecke. The guy has no idea about the ECJ ruling. What he's saying is 100% wrong.

I have read and understood the original judgment. Streaming is not prohibited as long as you are not downloading anything.
