Not legally possible except for Anime on Demand.
So from what I've heard, Death Note is actually still on Netflix. But I think if you watch quickly you can watch the anime before it disappears, because the anime is actually completely on Netflix because it only has this one season at 36. And otherwise you can believe in anime on demand.
