I read on the internet that there appears to be a second season of Death note (and how about a 3 soon?), But so far Netflix is only the first season. So I wanted to ask where I can watch season two for free and legally.

Nope, only gives one season and does a couple of poorly made real films, but you can save yourself as bad as they are.
