Watch Death Note legal or illegal?

I live abroad and would like to watch Death Note in German. Where I live there's Death Note on Netflix but not in German! Have looked at other legal streaming portals but they say, for example: This series is not available in your country.

Of course you can just look illegally at sites like burning series, movie4k. But it has always been important to me that producers, translators, speakers, etc. Are paid for their work.

Have you ever looked at Anime in Demand?

You can legally watch the anime with a subscription. I just don't know if that is available in your country

You can watch via vpn if you are logged on to Germany, for example, then on crunchyroll

You can download a VPN app, completely legally. You can then switch to a German server and thus have the German Netflix offer.
