Do you think Dexter will ever be available for free again on Netflix or Amazon Prime (Netflix removed it from its program in 2017)?
I do not know this series but have a look at s.to because you can watch almost all the series that are free
But I want to look at them legally. I know more than enough illegal streaming sites.
Ah okay, I've already noticed that they took out a series and later declared it new on Netflix. Maybe that's exactly what happens with this series. Of course you can't do that 100%.
If the series really hasn't been on Netflix since 2017, it's unlikely that it will ever be on Netflix again. But of course it is not out of the question.
It's impossible to predict that. But the fact that the license hasn't been renewed for several years is a bad sign.
