Netflix account with fake id penalty?

I had a Netflix account for a Probemonat created and a false IBAN specified (yes, I know that you can't and yes I know that was stupid) because I thought okay is only for the Probemonat. Then my girlfriend wanted to create a new Netflix account with Probemonat today and then stupidly took the old account (I do not know exactly how and why) but said that there was again a free month. But this can't be because I have used this account ever schonmal for a Probemonat. Therefore, I'm pretty sure that is now paid and I quit immediately. Will I get an ad now if Netflix does not transfer the money at the end of the month?
