Vis a vis el oasis Netflix?

Does anyone know when the Spanish series Vis a Vis - El oasis will be released on Netflix? Have already watched the first seasons but El oasis is not yet available in Germany / on Netflix.

if not, would you know where to watch them (with German subtitles) for free? ^^

Of course there's vvv but with VPN from Spain you can receive it legally
