Either you use the Netflix on the Bluray Player or if you have a Smart TV there's also Netflix on it.
If your BD player obviously has the Netflix app, you only need an HDMI cable to connect it to the TV, it doesn't have to be anything special.
And if you have Netflix on the blu ray player you can watch Netflix on normal flat screen TVs
